Training as an IT specialist for system integration
Your tasks:
Systems & Operations: Installing, configuring, and operating servers/clients (Windows/Linux), troubleshooting, updates, backup, monitoring • Networks & Security: DNS/routing/firewall basics, VPN concepts (client VPN, site-to-site), architectures such as hub-and-spoke and mesh VPNs • Cloud & Platforms: Cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), multi-cloud basics, and insights into sovereign European cloud approaches • Automation & Tools: Scripting (PowerShell/Bash), Git, ticketing, CI/CD basics, infrastructure as code • Databases & interfaces: Working with (open source) databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), rights/backups/queries; connecting external systems via APIs and clean documentation • Open source: Use and secure operation of modern open source software in everyday life • AI in practice: You will learn how we integrate AI/LLMs securely and sensibly into our everyday work
Your profile:
Technical) high school diploma or very good secondary school diploma
Curiosity about IT and a desire to really understand things
Team spirit, reliability, and a structured approach to work
Friendly communication—even when things get stressful
Beneficial skills:
Plus points (not essential): You tinker with PCs/servers and have some experience with Linux/scripting/coding. You already have some programming experience and can share this with us.
