Last year, COViS was already awarded the Top Company seal with 4.4 out of 5 stars by the Kununu rating platform.
This year, we are once again among the 5% of more than 1 million employers who have received the seal.
The Top Company seal from Kununu: How is it rated?
The rating platform wants to offer applicants an orientation aid in order to create a comparable assessment standard in a competitive comparison. Only reviews by employees on Kununu are included in the awarding of the companies. In this way, the seal creates authenticity and credibility. Kununu has again revised the criteria for awarding the seal for 2023 and adapted them to the current labour market. Top Company 2023 are companies that:
have been rated by employees a total of at least six times
have received at least two new evaluations from employees in the past twelve months
have achieved a rating score of at least 3.8 stars in the past twelve months.

Kununu Top Employer 2023 in Germany: COViS as a company
COViS has again passed these criteria and was awarded last year with 4,4 stars. This shows that COViS is a company that employees can rely on and where they enjoy working. Colleague cohesion and the distribution of interesting tasks were rated particularly well, with 4.5 stars each. Dealing with older colleagues was even awarded 4.6 stars: "Older colleagues are also integrated immediately. Exemplary," for example, was one assessment. We are proud to facilitate a positive and constructive working atmosphere and will continue to work on further expanding this first-class environment in the future.
