The rating platform Kununu.com has awarded Dr. Glinz COViS GmbH with the Top Company seal.
The Top Company seal: more charisma for companies
Kununu has been awarding the Top Company seal since 2015 to recognise companies that receive particularly positive reviews on the platform. With this award, COViS is now one of the 5% of companies that can claim the seal. The seal has recently undergone some content updates: The criteria in the evaluation process have been tightened to highlight excellent companies even more. In addition, the assessment score is continuously adjusted to adapt to the constantly changing labour market and to remain up-to-date and relevant. A fresher design is intended to help attract more attention and convince potential employees of one's qualities.
Who is awarded the Top Company seal?
To be awarded by Kununu as Top Company 2022, companies need various ratings. At least six of them together must result in a score of 3.8 stars. The average employee rating of the last 12 months is also relevant and must result in at least 3.8 stars. From the total score, at least one rating must come from this period. So far, only a few companies have been able to meet these requirements in 2022 – including Dr. Glinz COViS GmbH.
In which categories could COViS score?
COViS passes the above requirements with flying colours: our overall rating is a proud 4.4 out of 5 stars. What makes us particularly happy is that a full 100% of the people who have rated COViS on Kununu recommend us as an employer. The ratings show that COViS as a good employer for its employees provides various benefits. This includes flexible working hours, home office, a discounted job ticket for local transport or a job bike. Our positive working atmosphere stands out in particular and is made up of a good working atmosphere, close cohesion among each other and a varied range of tasks. In addition, employee participation and management were also rated above average – especially in comparison to other IT companies.
Home office, Corona and Co.: the lessons learned in recent years
Especially during the Corona pandemic, it became clear that flexibility pays off and mobile working works. Many of our employees have benefited from the time spent in the home office. They were able to spend more time with their families and use the time normally needed to commute to work more effectively. But many are also happy to be back in the office and to exchange ideas with colleagues and have lunch together. Even though the sudden change at the beginning of the pandemic has brought new challenges, we have learned for the future. New Work and agile ways of working can work if everyone pulls together - this is what the company stands for internally and externally. That is why we continue to offer our employees the opportunity to adjust their working hours to their individual needs.
